He was predeceased by: his father Richard. He is survived by: his wife Patty Masaryk (Sbarra); his son Richard Masaryk, III; his stepdaughters, Jennifer Depue (Chris) and Meagan Crouch; his grandchildren, Jacob, Tristan and Ashlyn Depue; his mother Shirley Masaryk; his siblings, Stephanie Morris (Geoffrey), Tina Hinkey (Matt) and Thomas Masaryk; and his cousin Michele Talerico. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
