He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Crossley; his daughters, Christine Carter, Karen Haines, Cathy Jo Carter (Colby Richmond) and Kelly Haines (Charles Ritt); his grandchildren, Camille, Nicholas, Cody, Vivi-Jo, Venesssa and Victoria; his great grandchildren, Nathan, Christopher, Jr., Lain and Dalton; and his sister Stephanie Crossley. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and dear friends.
