He was predeceased by: his wife Pamela Pavlick (Anderson); and his siblings, Joan Cortese and Richard Pavlick. He is survived by: his children, Heather, Elizabeth and David (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Shawn, Guari, Gabriel and Eliza; his brother William Pavlick; and his grandson Chenango Forks Lacrosse.
