It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David A. Neer of Port Crane, New York, who passed away on June 1, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvester Neer and Mildred Neer; his siblings, Bruce Neer and Antoinette; and his brother-in-law Lewis Gardepe.
He is survived by: his wife Dorene; his sons, Dale and Darren; his grandchildren, Alaina and Allen Neer; and his siblings-in-law, Sandra and John Perkins. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
