He is survived by: his significant other Phyllis O'Neill; his children, Alan Loomis, Jr. (Darcie) of Moravia, Aric Loomis of Clifton Springs and Adam Loomis of Moravia; his stepchildren, Jennifer King (Ron) of Binghamton, Kelly Twitchell (Kevin) of Binghamton and William O'Neill (Brooke) of Long Island; his grandchildren, Hunter (Kristen), Parker, Aiden and Ty Loomis; his stepgrandchildren, Hunter King (Toni), Hayden King, Nathan Twitchell (Cassie), Kaleb Twitchell, Gavin, Jack and Landon O'Neill; and his sisters, Lolita White (Harold) of Marathon and Lonnie Hakes (Bruce) of North Pitcher. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
