He is survived by: his wife Barbara Leopitzi Kopy; his children, Russell Kopy, Jr. (Judy), Tamara Kopy Chilelli (Joseph) and Michael Kopy (Lori); his grandchildren, Meryl St John, Amanda Kopy Jordan, Tappy Kopy Jordan, Michael Kopy, Nina Kopy and Matthew Kopy; and his sister Jeannie.
