With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Phelan (Port Chester, New York), who passed away on June 10, 2018 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his siblings, Alice Scaglione, Maureen Phelan and Edward Phelan. He is survived by: his wife Catherine Phelan of Port Chester; his daughter Dawn Martinez (Fernando) of Mahopac, NY; his grandchildren, Joaquin Roberto and Olivia Marie Martinez; and his brother John Phelan (Eileen) of Huntington, NY.. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorial donations may be made to Calvary Hospital or to American Brain Tumor Association.
