He was predeceased by: his parents, Emilia Toppo and Renato Toppo. He is survived by: his wife Silvia Morgoglione; his brother Ugo Toppo (Linda Toppo); his sons, Marshall Jr., Greg and Michael; his children-in-law, Susan Toppo, Julie Neidorf and Camille Toppo; his granddaughters, Ava Toppo, Mairin Toppo, Clara Toppo, Sophia Toppo and Emily Draper (William Draper); and also Sage Toppo-Williams.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the American Cancer Society.
