She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Kantowsky and Mary Gleba Kantowsky; and her siblings, Joseph, Frank Kantowsky, Frances, Florence and Kathryn Kantowsky.

She is survived by: her sons, Anthony D'Onofrio (Cheryl) of Port Chester and Dean D'Onofrio (Lauren) of Summit, NJ.; and her granddaughters, Katherine "Kayce" and Diana D'Onofrio.
