It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joy Lobdell of Port Chester, New York, born in Miami, Florida, who passed away on March 12, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Lobdell and Rose Kenitz Lobdell. She is survived by: her close friend Patricia Torres of Port Chester, NY; and also Edward V. Torres (Lauren) of New York City.
