He is survived by: his wife Krystyna Kruczkiewicz (Uczen); his children, Mitch Kruczkiewicz, John Kruczkiewicz (Stefanie) and Anna Provenzano (Anthony); his grandchildren, Andrew Kruczkiewicz, Kristin Caputo (Pepe), Kara Freedman (Justin), Erika Lawton, Nicole Provenzano and Anthony Provenzano, Jr.; and his great grandchildren, Gabriella Caputo, Gavin and Julia Freedman.
