She was predeceased by: her parents, Lucille Williams and George Williams; her siblings, Hattie Mae Frazier, Sallie Innocent, George, Willie (JC) and Robert Williams (Bobby); her nephew Frank Palmer, Jr.; her sister-in-law Mary Williams; her goddaughter Rosleyn Murray; and her grandchildren, Nathan and Samara Owens.
She is survived by: her son James E Owens, Jr.; her daughter-in-law Stacey; her grandchildren, Naomi and Rayna; and her niece Dionne Williams. She is also survived by other nieces, nephews, extended relatives and friends.
