He is survived by: his wife Vita Castellana of Port Chester; his children, Lucia Castellana (Anthony Mazzella) of Orangebug, NY, Joseph Castellana (Louann) of West Harrison, NY and John Castellana of Rye Brook, NY; his grandchildren, Anthony Mazzella, Vianna Mazzella, Joseph Castellana and Gabrielle Castellana; his sister Antonia Castellana of Italy; his sister-in-law Rose Castellana of Greenwich, CT; his nephews, Joseph Castellana, John Castellana and Vincent Castellana; his niece Lucille Zaccardo; and his pet Mia.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Saint Jude's Children's Research Hospital or to the American Diabetes Association.
