Frank Peter Koziel, 66, a lifelong resident of Port Chester died February 9, 2021. He was born October 10, 1954 in Port Chester to the late Frank and Gloria Mead Koziel. He was raised and educated in Port Chester. He was a loving son and brother. Mr. Koziel is survived by his devoted brother William Koziel of Danbury, Ct. Funeral Services are private.
