She is survived by: her husband Carlos Lombardi of Port Chester, NY.; and her sons, Julio Lombardi of White Plains, NY., Carlos Lombardi of Peru, William Lombardi of Port Chester, NY., Erick Lombardi of Peru and Ronald Lombardi of Peru. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
