He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Rutigliano and Amelia Lovaglio Rutigliano. He is survived by: his daughters, Ann Rutigliano of Eastchester, NY., Elizabeth Rutigliano of Port Chester, NY. and Nancy Mateus (Victor) of Port Chester, NY.; and his stepchildren, John Fornaro of Yorktown Heights, NY. and Susan Fornaro of Mount Vernon, NY.. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations in memory of Mr. Rutigliano may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
