With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cecelia Wiggins (Port Chester, New York), who passed away on December 14, 2018 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her spouse Richard R. Wiggins; and her siblings, Paris "Duke" Johns, Hattie Thomas Darden, Vera Franklyn, Gloria Peterson Johnson and Bessie Newson Britto.
She is survived by: her sons, Karl L. Wiggins of Jamestown, NY, Jonathan L. Wiggins, Sr. of Baltimore, MD and Timothy S. Wiggins of White Plains, NY; her grandchildren, Jonathan L. Wiggins Esq, Timothy A. Wiggins, Nathaniel Harnett PhD and Faith J. Wiggins; and her sister Lenore Johns.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Greenwich Hospital or to a charity of one's choice.
