He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Betty Rizzo Gioffre; his children, Anthony J., Francyne Peatt and Marybeth Nisco (Paul); his grandchildren, Daniel Gioffre (Bette), Matthew Gioffre (Samantha), Teddy Peatt, Rebecca, Andrew and Gabriella Nisco; his great grandchildren, Denise, Penelope Gioffre, Benjamin and Caroline Gioffre; his siblings, Joseph Gioffre (Modesta) of Greenwich, CT, Josephine Bocchichio of Port Chester, Frances Gioffre of Norwalk, CT and Angelina Gioffrè of Reggio Calabria, Italy.; and his parents, Gaetano Gioffrè and Francesca Flocari. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
