She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Janes and Lilly Mae DeVoe Janes; her husbands, Adelbert Weigand Sr. and Lloyd VanNostrand; and her children, Adelbert Weigand Jr. and Virginia Rooker.
She is survived by: her children, John Weigand (Patricia), Richard Rooker, Sharon Pallick (Bob), Lorraine Vega (Sammy), Douglas Weigand, Eleanor Loomer (John) and Russell Weigand (Iska); and her sister Mary Westscott. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 7th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the White Chapel Funeral Home (2719 Erie Dr, Weedsport, NY 13166). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 7th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
Donations in Ruth's memory may be to a charity of one's choice.
