He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lucille Caulkins Richmond and Roy George Richmond; his children, David Roy Richmond, Mark Allan Richmond, Timothy Charles Richmond, Christine Richmond Fiumara and Michael Troy Richmond; and his siblings, Mary Lou Brower and Bruce Richmond. He was also cherished by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
