He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Blauvelt Sr. and Carol Bajanen; and his brothers, Donald Blauvelt Jr. and Richard Blauvelt. He is survived by: his wife Kimberly; his children, Jennifer McAvoy of Rochester, Carriane Whyte of Auburn and Robert Blauvelt of Las Vegas; his grandchild Maddyson Whyte; and his siblings, Lori Cuyler and Chris Blauvelt.
