He is survived by: his wife Darlene Slayton (Smith); his children, Amanda Dennis (Josh), Bethany Tanner (Josh) and Joshua Slayton; his granddaughters, Scarlett Dennis and Mia Tanner; his parents, Raymond Slayton (Shirley) and Roberta Slayton; and his siblings, Judi Tamburrino (Dan) and Robert Slayton (Marlene). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
