She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Brundage; and her parents, Elgie Scott and Linnie Scott. She is survived by: her son Harry Brundage (Linda); and her grandchildren, Josh Brundage (Trista) and Melissa David (Chuck). She is also survived by five great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that contributions are made in Hazel's memory to the Port Byron Fire Department or the Port Byron Food Pantry.
