She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Larkin and Helen Usowski Larkin; her husband Andrew Kuczek; and her siblings, Helen Casey and Richard Larkin.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Deyo (Mark), Cynthia Kowath (John) and Terry Miles (Beth); her grandchildren, Timothy Deyo (Ashley), Scott Deyo (Marcie), Jamie Gleason Chris (Joe), Cassidy Derouin (Aaron) and Matt Robertson; her great grandchildren, Kevin, Kylie, Ian Deyo, Kasey, Parker Gleason, Giuliana Deyo, Gavin, Easton, Lennorha, Oliver Verdi, Abby and Caitlin Derouin; her great great grandchild Karter Deyo; her niece Kim; and also Kasey. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Contributions in Dorothy's memory may be made to the Scat Van or a charity of one's choice.
