He is survived by: his mother Kathleen O'Brien (O'Leary); his siblings, Kathleen O'Brien of Basking Ridge, NJ, Eileen O'Brien of Garner, NC and Jack O'Brien (Mary) of Stony Point, NY; his nieces, Courtney Burke (Kevin) of Cherry Hill, NJ, Karly Corly (Brian) of New York, NY, Tara Baer (Alex) of Rochester, NY, Shae O'Brien of Astoria, NY and Kylie Hoffman of Baltimore, MD; and his nephew Declan Hoffman of Winston-Salem, NC.
