He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Paul Fratinardo and Catherine Fratinardo; his wife Maureen; his children, Joe Jr, Maureen Fitzgerald, Kristina Fratinardo and Lori-Anne Fratinardo; his children-in-law, Lori Fratinardo and Patrick Fitzgerald; his grandchildren, Kasey, Christopher, Megan, Jacqueline and Abby; and his brother John Fratinardo. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews, his remaining five siblings.
