He was predeceased by: his parents-in-law, Loretta and William Hauser; his sister-in-law Donna Hauser-Alvarado; and his aunts and uncles, Yvonne, Patrick Walsh, Tommy and Marguerite "Marge" Walsh.

He is survived by: his adoptive mother Maureen Gallagher; his mother Maureen Gallagher; his friends, John Noone and Rob Rasulo; his wife Laura Gallagher; his son John "Jack"; his father John Gallagher; his sister Victoria Scarola (Michael); his nieces, Kathleen, Mae and Maura; his cousins, Valerie, Dennis Murphy and Patrick Walsh; his aunt Trudie Rainone; and his nephew David Conklin. He is also survived by numerous other aunts, uncles and cousins.
