He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hibbard and Alberta Hibbard (Knapp) of Brooklyn, PA. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Hibbard (Woods); his children, Sharon Hibbard (Andy Hester) of Ooltewah, TN and Kenneth Hibbard (Sherry) of Elkridge, MD; his grandchildren, Valarie and Jocelyn; and his sisters, Kathy Neuman (Mickey) of Dawson, GA and Ann Hibbard of Waynesville, NC..
