We are sad to announce that on August 23, 2022, at the age of 81, Jeffrey Hibbard of Pomona, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hibbard and Alberta Hibbard (Knapp) of Brooklyn, PA. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Hibbard (Woods); his children, Sharon Hibbard (Andy Hester) of Ooltewah, TN and Kenneth Hibbard (Sherry) of Elkridge, MD; his grandchildren, Valarie and Jocelyn; and his sisters, Kathy Neuman (Mickey) of Dawson, GA and Ann Hibbard of Waynesville, NC..

In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation the Rockland County YMCA, 35 S. Broadway, Nyack, NY 10960 for the YMCA Youth Program in memory of Jeff Hibbard, or to the American Heart Association.
