He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Oczkowski and Stephanie Oczkowski (Juras); his brother Edward Oczkowski; and his daughter-in-law Candace Oczkowski. He is survived by: his wife Janette Marcinko; his children, Gregory Oczkowski (Sharon) of Whitesboro, Gail Garrett (Donald) of Webster, NY, Kristine Oczkowski of Deerfield, Kathy St. Leger of Croton, Joseph Oczkowski of Deerfield and Jeffrey Oczkowski (Camille) of Wellford, SC.; his grandchildren, Sarah Garrett-Thomson (Russell), Jeffrey Garrett, Kaitlyn Boulos (Michael), Maggie St (Matthew), Gibbs, John St. Leger, Michael Oczkowski, Justina Calenzo and Camrey Oczkowski; his great grandchildren, Ethan Thomson and Arabella Boulos; and his siblings, Gladys Handzel, Virginia Oczkowski, Joseph Oczkowski and Jane Guglielmo.
Now that Covid restrictions have been lifted, the family of Walter Oczkowski cordially invites you to celebrate his life by attending a memorial service in Walter's honor on Saturday, August 28, 2021 at 11:00 am at Dimbleby Funeral Home, 40 Main Street, Whitesboro, NY.
