He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Dow MacDonald and Mildred Bigelow; and his wife Marjorie C. MacDonald. He is survived by: his sons, Robert J. MacDonald of Bradenton and Todd C. MacDonald (Susan) of Palmetto; and his brother-in-law James H. Cowan of Bradenton. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
