With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Jean A. Misiaszek of Poland, New York, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Jean left this world on January 4, 2025 at the age of 86, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Proctor Nott and Catherine Nott; and her siblings, Ed Nott and Helen McNair. She is survived by: her son Tim (Hope Skelly); her husband Emil Misiaszek of Poland; her son Dennis Taubinger of Utica; her grandchildren, Tim Taubinger (Hope) and April Taubinger of Cicero; her sister-in-law Carol Nott of Thornton, CO; her sister Sandy; her cousin Ruth of Ashtabula, OH; and also, Ed's and Rich. She is also survived by three nieces.

Visitation was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the New Hartford Methodist Church (105 Genesee St, New Hartford, NY 13413). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the New Hartford First United Methodist Church (105 Genesee St, New Hartford, NY 13413).

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.

Jean sang in our choir, she occasionally subbed as our organist, and she touched everyone with her smile and kind words! She will be missed by many!
