He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Hay and Veronica Hay; his brother Michael; and his son Stephen Hay. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Julia, Tyler, Cameron, Travis and Sienna; his wife Sally; his sons, Kevin (Elena) and Scott; and his sister Mary Egner.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Beecher Flooks Funeral Home (418 Bedford Rd, Pleasantville, NY 10570). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Innocents R. C. Church (431 Bedford Rd, Pleasantville, NY 10570). A burial was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the Kensico Cemetery (273 Lakeview Ave, Valhalla, NY 10595).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Dads Club of Pleasantville, an organization Jeff felt strongly about.
