He was predeceased by: his parents, Emile Poulin and Yvonne Poulin (Rodrigues); his grandson Todd Yvon Lanthier; his siblings, Benoet Poulin, Claude Poulin, Marc Poulin, Monique Dessarault, Georgette Poulin, Lizette Marcil and Henry Poulin; and his brother-in-law Bobby McCaffrey.
He is survived by: his wife Darlene Poulin (Pierce); his children, Steven Poulin of New York City, Kristen Small (Derris) of North Carolina and John Strang (Giovanna) of Poughkeepsie; his grandchildren, Courtney Rose Leavell, Gregory Leavell, Destiny Small, Karsten Small, Brayden Strang and Giovanni Strang; his great grandchild Gregory Alan Leavell III (Trey); his siblings, Hugette Poulin and Lorette Brochu; and his siblings-in-law, Jerry, Carla Doucette and Debbie McCaffrey. He is also survived by several niece, nephews, and a great-niece.
