We are sad to announce that on January 14, 2023, at the age of 67, Teddy A. Poznack in Pleasant Valley, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Poznack and Marie Poznack (Villanova); his sister Barbara Pizza; and his nephew Chad Harrison. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Siegrist; his son Jessie Poznack (Dawn) of Port Jefferson, NY; his stepdaughter Brooke O'Connell (Brian); his siblings, Cathy Brueggeman (Harold) of Stamford, NY and Steven Poznack (Lucille); his nephew Jared Brueggeman of Stamford, NY; his niece Jillian Krause of Corpus Cristi, TX; and his grandchildren, Maggie, Declan O'Connell, Anthony Nittolo and Jordan Morano. He is also survived by in-laws, nieces, nephews and cousins.
