It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peter Thomas Van Tassell of Pleasant Valley, New York, born in Beacon, New York, who passed away on November 23, 2020, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Tassell and Mildred Parker Van Tassell; and his brothers, Ralph, John and Terry.
He is survived by: his sons, David Van Tassell (Van) of Dover, MA and Steven Van Tassell of Danbury, CT; his former wife Janet of Southbury, CT; and his siblings, Jeanne Wiley (Richard) of East Hartford, CT, Thomas of North Carolina and Roger of Pennsylvania. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
