He is survived by: his parents, Wayne Johnson (Nancy Johnson) and Trina Blythe; his father-in-law Stephen Blythe; his sister Elisha Johnson; his nieces, Kate and Emily Blythe; his nephew Will; his aunt Jill Ward; his uncles, Charles, Gary and Craig Simpkins; and his cousins, Steven, Clarissa, Jennifer, Tasia, Maurice, Jason, Joe, Chanel, Brandon, Ariana, Wesley, Kirstin, Chelsea and Josh.
