He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Devens and Amy Devens (Cookinham); and his siblings, Clarence Devens, Ernie Devens and Myrtle Boice.
He is survived by: his wife Melinda D. Kahn; his sons, Joe Devens (Wendy) and Chris Devens (Terry); his grandchildren, Amanda Pallazzo (Mike), Ryan Devens (Megan) and James Devens; his great grandchildren, Mickey, Amaya and Maverick Pallazzo; and his sister Anita Corey. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
