He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Kelley and Frances Kelley (Keeler); and his son Michael A. Kelley. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Soukup; his son Jon A. Kelley (Elizabeth) of Acworth, GA; his sisters, Joan McHenry of Bridgewater, CT and Pat Cosgrove; and his grandchildren, Morgan and Claire Kelley.
