With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Fred B Niessen (Poughkeepsie, New York), who passed away on February 9, 2025 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Niessen and Margaret Niessen (Keuter); and his wife Leila B. Niessen. He is survived by: his daughters, Stephanie Lange of Poughkeepsie, Sandra Williams (David), Susan Niessen of Wappingers Falls, Sharon Touhey (Patrick) and Sally Murphy (Dan) of Lagrangeville; his sister Mildred Meyer of Callicoon, NY; and his sister-in-law Donna Vannatta of Glen Spey. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
