She was predeceased by: her parents, Maurice G. Hoyt and Martha J. Hoyt; her siblings, Richard Hoyt, Maureen H. Schrier and Jennette H. Kuhlmann; her son Dennis W. Bailey; and her son-in-law Bill Lower.
She is survived by: her significant other Bill Bailey; her children, David Bailey (Barbara) of Midway, AK and Bonnie Lowery of Bath, NY; her grandsons, Bryan Bailey (Michelle), Adam Bailey (Kelly), Benjamin Wright (Serena), Patrick Wright (Maxine) and Philip Wright (Sabrina); her great grandchildren, Ashley, Kylee, Alex, Christopher, Reece, Luke, Chase and Joseph; and her brother-in-law Ted Bailey. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, extended family, and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to Avery Mallaber Maggio, 6763 Gardner Road, Bath, NY 14810, for her continued animal foster care and rehoming program.
