With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donald Northrup Jr. of Pleasant Valley, New York, born in Sayre, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 28, 2022 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Carl Northrup and Frances Northrup; his wife Paula J. Van Dusen; his children, Douglas Northrup (Sheryl), Wendy Karn-Asaro (Nicolo), Megan Verdichizzi (Vincent) and Richard Northrup (Jana); his grandchildren, Samantha, Cassandra Verdichizzi, Brody Karn, Jenna-Kate Monisoff (Aram), Michael Northrup (Daron), Amanda Northrup (Reo), Brittany Northrup, Cody-Lyn Stryker (Chris), Nicolena Delgado (Michael), Patrick Asaro (Katie) and Elizabeth Asaro (Nate); his brothers, Mark Northrup (Barbara) and David Northrup (Lynn); his great grandchildren, Tyler Galvin, Andre, Quinn, Jamison, Emma Northrup, Elizabeth, Jack Stryker, David, Thomas Creese, Matthew, Gabrielle Delgado, Luna, Nicolina, Lucas Fenson, Sofia and Elijah Asaro; his nieces, Betsy DeHaven (Jim), Jennifer Barry (Balto) and Sarah Bryant (Daniel); his nephew Mark Northrup (Linda); and his cousins, Jack Lyons and Carole Bowen.
