He was predeceased by: his parents, John C. Howe and Bertha Quick Howe. He is survived by: his wife Phylis; his children, Melinda (Jeff), Jody and Mark; his grandchildren, Matthew, Trevor (Sam), Caleb, Skylar and Corey; his great grandchildren, Archer and Korra; and his sisters, Margaret (Lee) and Jeanne. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made to the Pleasant Valley Fire Department, an organization that meant a lot to Donald as a longtime member.
