He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Raymond Palkovic and Claire Marie Palkovic of Oberlin, OH; and his nephew Ilia Evans. He is survived by: his wife Laura Palkovic of Plattsburgh, NY; his children, Antonia Palkovic of Davis, CA and Matt Palkovic; his daughter-in-law Katie Duquette of Plattsburgh, NY.; his grandson Jackson Palkovic of Plattsburgh, NY.; his daughter Carol Dandrow; and his siblings, Rick Palkovic, Mark Palkovic and Carolyn Evans of Bedminster, NJ..
