He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Barnard and Mabel Barnard (Macey); and his sister Donalda Barnard. He is survived by: his son Timothy Barnard, II (Kelsey); his brothers, Romeo Barnard (Ann) and Dennis Barnard (Diana); and his grandchildren, Jackson and Clara. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
