She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlotte Avery (Slingerland) and Floyd Avery; and her sister Cordelia Avery. She is survived by: her children, Carlos (Betsy Madan) and Mimi Madan (Michelle Fontaine); her grandchildren, Emily and Alex Madan; and her siblings, John Avery (Donna), Mary Rock (George), Joyce St. Germain (Jim) and Shari Shovan.
