She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard "Buster" Harper and Ruth Harper (Brockmyer). She is survived by: her husband Ronald Shaffer; and her children, Judith Baxter (Jeff), Carol Kline, Linda Douglas (Scott) and Christopher Shaffer (Sherrie). She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to Parkinson's or Diabetes research.
