He is survived by: his siblings, Richard Garrow of Standish, Alice Guilyard (Jeffrey) of Fairport, NY, Sarah Quirk of Troy, NY and Sandra Barber of Plattsburgh, NY.. He is also survived by four nieces and four nephews, cousins and many friends.
