She was predeceased by: her parents, Ethel Thomas and Elbridge Thomas; her siblings, Walter Kenneth Thomas, Louis Thomas, Harold Thomas and Bonnie Atkinson; her daughter-in-law Nicole Pankhurst; her nieces, Darlene Coryer and Felicia McGregor; and her sister-in-law Marlene Thomas.
She is survived by: her daughters, Tammy Montefusco (James), Julie Stanley (Aaron) and Jennifer Depo; her grandchildren, James Montefusco II, Tanner Stanley, Jacob Montefusco and Lauren Roanley (Josh); her great grandchildren, Emelia Roanley and Lucas Montefusco; and her brothers, JamesThomas (Carmen) and Gerald Thomas (Deborah). She is also survived by many other family members and dear friends.
A wake was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Browns Funeral Home (29 Broad St, Plattsburgh, NY 12901). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her honor to the American Heart Association.
