He was predeceased by: his mother Lenore Garrant (Conway); his brother George Garrant (Sylvia); and his son Kevin Garrant Kathy. He is survived by: his father Roy Garrant; his wife Carol (Dandrow); his children, Bob Garrant (Vicky), Ron Garrant (Sheila) and Kelli Poissant (Jon); his grandchildren, Jason Miller (Jenn), Ryan Miller (Kendra), Kelly Miller (Elena), Jonathan Miller, Bryan Garrant (Laura), Sara, Adam, Demery Garrant (CJ), Chris and Keith Poissant; his great grandchildren, Olivia, Jackson, Aidan Miller, Bella, Warren Miller, Royal Garrant, Amelia Garrant, Clara and Candela Miller; and his nieces and nephews, Sandy Lehman and Bob Garrant of Maryland.
A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, October 31st 2024 at 1:30 PM at the St. Peter's Church (114 Cornelia St, Plattsburgh, NY 12901).
