He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Hobson and Mildred Hobson (Mathiesen); and his daughter Brook Hobson. He is survived by: his wife Ann Hobson; his daughter Chris Whalen (Joseph); his son-in-law Dan Szot; his grandchildren, Connie Hammaker (Nate), Casey Szot (Billy) and Joey Whalen; his great grandchild Nora Hammaker; and his brother Robert. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
